Business of the Annual General Meeting will be: 

 As per the Club’s constitution, all committee positions will be declared vacant at the Annual General Meeting. A member who wishes to be considered for election to the committee at the Annual General Meeting can nominate for election by sending written notice of the nomination to the Secretary (secretary@suburbanlions.org.au) at least 3 days before the Annual General Meeting. The written notice must include a statement by another Ordinary Member in support of the nomination; and a declaration by the nominee that if elected to the Committee, he or she will, at all times, comply with section 42 of the Act. The chairperson of the meeting may also call for nominations from the Ordinary Members at the meeting.
